Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Dunhill Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions, and the staff service was impressive, making me feel genuinely welcomed. However, my room had an HVAC issue that made the temperature uncomfortably warm, impacting my overall comfort during the stay. While I appreciated the hotel's charm and amenities, I feel the management could have been more proactive in addressing the cooling problems.
My stay at the Dunhill Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of uptown Charlotte with plenty of nearby dining options. That's where my excitement waned. I faced issues with the air conditioning, which never really cooled my room despite my attempts to adjust it. Service was hit or miss, with delays in getting help for the A/C and breakfast offerings that fell short of expectations.
I recently stayed at the Dunhill Hotel for a quick trip to Charlotte, and while it has its charms, there were some drawbacks. The location is fantastic, just a block from the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, but the amenities fell short. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.
My stay at the Dunhill Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, surrounded by lively restaurants and shops. However, I struggled with the air conditioning in my room, which made it uncomfortably warm. The charm and decor of the hotel are appealing, but the service left something to be desired, especially during my attempts to address the temperature issue.
I recently stayed at the Dunhill Hotel for one night and had a mixed experience. While the staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome, the noise from the street outside was disruptive. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, but I felt the breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the location and service, but the noise and breakfast quality were drawbacks.
